We had a brilliant holiday and we loved everything from the website to the apartment, the meet and greet service at such a late time, the welcome pack and the area, I could go on for ages.
The one big complaint I had was that I had to leave the area and Portugal to come back to the UK, which was cold, dark and well...
Thank you TO EVERYONE WHO MADE THIS HOLIDAY A PERFECT HOLIDAY, I would recommend and come back again.

Thank you very much for letting-us your apartment. It was just the right size for what we had in mind and, complete with all the mod-cons of modern life. The apartment was close to my sisters and, close to everything. Great location!!
It was great to have the BBQ on the balcony, it was used a few times during our stay. The welcoming pack was just perfect, thanks to you for organising these little touches, they make all the diference!
Hopefully will organise another stay in a couple of years and I will most defenitaly recommend your apartment to others.

It was a great holiday and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It is a nice walking distance from beach and city centre.

I have just had the best Portugal experience ever! The apartment was in a fantastic area with literally everything in five minutes walking distance!
With two teenagers and two small boys the apartment had all the equipment needed to make my holiday hassle free, there was even a laundry change part way through!
The beach and restaurants were so accessible with a massive range to eat and drink. Prices were soooo much cheaper than other European countries!
I am defiantly going back next year so I intend to book now before anyone pinches my weeks! Marvelous!!!

Wicked apartment, Jon and Caroline have a fantastic apartment that is well maintained and has everything you would need to make you feel at home whilst you are enjoying your holiday.
There are loads of things to keep you and the kids occupied. Armacao de Pera is such a nice place, with some of the best beaches I have ever been on. Would definitely recommend.

My partner and I were both very pleased with the apartment and its location was perfect, there was plenty of things to go see on days out even though we had no car it was easy to organise with buses etc.
Would defiantly recommend using this apartment.

We enjoyed a lot your magnificent apartment in Armação de Péra, our stay was very satisfactory and we recommend the apartment to our friends, family and colleagues.
We were able to snorkel in the area of 'Praia de Rocha' with a guide from 'Delphinus Divers' which is in my opinion the best school in Armação, for a price of only 30 Euros including some material (fins).

We have been having holidays in the Algarve for a number of years, in and around Armação de Péra. This was our first experience of the apartments in the Quinta dos Arcos area and it did not disappoint.
The apartment is in a fantastic position for the town, beach, restaurants and bars all of which are just a short walk away.
Jon and Caroline have an excellent apartment which was extremely well appointed which we certainly consider returning too and recommending to anybody wishing to stay in Armação de Péra.

A well presented apartment with just about everything you need for a great holiday. Friendly service throughout, from booking to our return home. The snacks on arrival was just the icing on the cake!
Great walking distance to beach but if have car drive to Portimao & try beach called Praia da Rocha - absolutely stunning.
Even though we were here only for a few days, it felt much longer! We would recommend to all our friends. Thank You !!

We arrived late in the evening to find a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge along with drinks and fresh food to keep us going until we got to the shops.
The apartment was very spacious and clean with a good supply of towels and toiletries.
Our girls loved the rooftop swimming pool and with the beach only a 5 min walk, we were spoilt for choice!
The visitor guide book was very helpful with advice on where to eat out and places to visit. We referred to it often!
We were very impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. It gave us the choice of eating in where we could make use of the BBQ on the patio.
The DVDs and games supplied were great at keeping the girls entertained. The apartment had a real home from home feel which meant the whole holiday was very relaxing. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

We have been visiting Armação de Péra for over 16 years and this was our first stay in the Quinta dos Arcos area.
Jon and Caroline have made a superb job in decorating and furnishing the apartment. The accommodation was extremely well appointed and we would certainly consider returning in the near future.

The apartment is great and has everything you need (and more) when on holiday. The furnishings are very comfortable and the in-house movies were very welcome as we did not have the best weather.
They have truly thought of everything and provided us with lots of information regarding the apartment and surrounding area before we travelled, including a map of the area which came in handy. Also, the welcome pack was great and very welcome after the early morning flight.
The apartment location is only a very short walk from the beach and shops and truly felt like home when we were away. Thank you very much we had a great time!
